libcos4-dev software package provides omniORB CORBA services stubs development files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcos4-dev
libcos4-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcos4-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcos4-dev *
You will get with libcos4-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
