libconvert-ytext-perl software package provides Perl module to quote strings suitably for RFC2822 local parts, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libconvert-ytext-perl
libconvert-ytext-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libconvert-ytext-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libconvert-ytext-perl *
You will get with libconvert-ytext-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
