libcommons-cli-java software package provides API for working with the command line arguments and options, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcommons-cli-java
libcommons-cli-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcommons-cli-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcommons-cli-java *
You will get with libcommons-cli-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
