libcollection4 software package provides Collection data-type for C, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcollection4
libcollection4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcollection4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcollection4 *
You will get with libcollection4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
