libcln-dev software package provides Development library for Class Library for Numbers (c++), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcln-dev
libcln-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcln-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcln-dev *
You will get with libcln-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
