libcli1 software package provides virtual package provided by libcli1.9, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcli1
libcli1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcli1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcli1*
You will get with libcli1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
