libclass-dbi-plugin-retrieveal software package provides Class::DBI plugin providing a more complex retrieve_all() method, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclass-dbi-plugin-retrieveal
libclass-dbi-plugin-retrieveal is installed in your system.
