libclang1 software package provides C, C++ and Objective-C compiler (LLVM based), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclang1
libclang1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclang1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclang1 *
You will get with libclang1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
