libcharon-extra-plugins software package provides strongSwan charon library (extra plugins), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcharon-extra-plugins
libcharon-extra-plugins is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcharon-extra-plugins package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcharon-extra-plugins *
You will get with libcharon-extra-plugins package name, version, architecture and description in a table
