libchamplain-0.12-dbg software package provides C library providing ClutterActor to display maps (debug symbols), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libchamplain-0.12-dbg
libchamplain-0.12-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libchamplain-0.12-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libchamplain-0.12-dbg *
You will get with libchamplain-0.12-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
