libcgi-application-plugin-tt-p software package provides plugin that adds Template Toolkit support to CGI::Application, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgi-application-plugin-tt-p
libcgi-application-plugin-tt-p is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgi-application-plugin-tt-p package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgi-application-plugin-tt-p*
