libcgi-application-plugin-prot software package provides plugin to generate and verify anti-CSRF challenges, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgi-application-plugin-prot
libcgi-application-plugin-prot is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgi-application-plugin-prot package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgi-application-plugin-prot*
