libccss-1-5-dbg software package provides simple api for CSS stylesheets (Debug files), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libccss-1-5-dbg
libccss-1-5-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libccss-1-5-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libccss-1-5-dbg *
You will get with libccss-1-5-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
