How to uninstall or remove libcatalyst-view-excel-templat software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libcatalyst-view-excel-templat package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libcatalyst-view-excel-templat

Uninstall libcatalyst-view-excel-templat including dependent package

If you would like to remove libcatalyst-view-excel-templat and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcatalyst-view-excel-templat

Use Purging libcatalyst-view-excel-templat

If you use with purge options to libcatalyst-view-excel-templat package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libcatalyst-view-excel-templat

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcatalyst-view-excel-templat
