libcatalyst-plugin-unicode-per software package provides Unicode support for Catalyst (old style), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcatalyst-plugin-unicode-per
libcatalyst-plugin-unicode-per is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcatalyst-plugin-unicode-per package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcatalyst-plugin-unicode-per*
