How to uninstall or remove libcairo1.10-cil software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libcairo1.10-cil package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libcairo1.10-cil 

Uninstall libcairo1.10-cil including dependent package

If you would like to remove libcairo1.10-cil and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcairo1.10-cil 
Use Purging libcairo1.10-cil

If you use with purge options to libcairo1.10-cil package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libcairo1.10-cil 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcairo1.10-cil
