How to uninstall or remove libcairo-ocaml-dev-4iwc7 software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libcairo-ocaml-dev-4iwc7 package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libcairo-ocaml-dev-4iwc7

Uninstall libcairo-ocaml-dev-4iwc7 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libcairo-ocaml-dev-4iwc7 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcairo-ocaml-dev-4iwc7
Use Purging libcairo-ocaml-dev-4iwc7

If you use with purge options to libcairo-ocaml-dev-4iwc7 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libcairo-ocaml-dev-4iwc7

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcairo-ocaml-dev-4iwc7
