libc-icap-module software package provides virtual package provided by libc-icap-mod-urlcheck, libc-icap-mod-virus-scan, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libc-icap-module
libc-icap-module is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libc-icap-module package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libc-icap-module*
You will get with libc-icap-module package name, version, architecture and description in a table
