libbluetooth3-dbg software package provides Library to use the BlueZ Linux Bluetooth stack with debugging symbols, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbluetooth3-dbg
libbluetooth3-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbluetooth3-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbluetooth3-dbg *
You will get with libbluetooth3-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
