libblimps3-dev software package provides blocks database improved searcher library (development), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libblimps3-dev
libblimps3-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libblimps3-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libblimps3-dev *
You will get with libblimps3-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
