libblas.so.3gf software package provides virtual package provided by libatlas3-base, libblas3, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libblas.so.3gf
libblas.so.3gf is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libblas.so.3gf package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libblas.so.3gf*
You will get with libblas.so.3gf package name, version, architecture and description in a table
