libblas-3gf.so software package provides virtual package provided by libatlas-base-dev, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libblas-3gf.so
libblas-3gf.so is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libblas-3gf.so package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libblas-3gf.so*
You will get with libblas-3gf.so package name, version, architecture and description in a table
