libbellesip-dev software package provides SIP stack from the Linphone team (development files), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbellesip-dev
libbellesip-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbellesip-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbellesip-dev *
You will get with libbellesip-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
