How to uninstall or remove libbareword-filehandles-perl software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libbareword-filehandles-perl package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

Uninstall libbareword-filehandles-perl including dependent package

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libbareword-filehandles-perl

Use Purging libbareword-filehandles-perl

If you use with purge options to libbareword-filehandles-perl package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libbareword-filehandles-perl

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libbareword-filehandles-perl
