libbarcode-code128-perl software package provides Perl library to generate CODE 128 bar codes, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbarcode-code128-perl
libbarcode-code128-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbarcode-code128-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbarcode-code128-perl *
You will get with libbarcode-code128-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
