libatomic1-dbg software package provides support library providing __atomic built-in functions (debug symbols), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libatomic1-dbg
libatomic1-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libatomic1-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libatomic1-dbg *
You will get with libatomic1-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
