libatombus-perl software package provides AtomPub server for messaging., you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libatombus-perl
libatombus-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libatombus-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libatombus-perl *
You will get with libatombus-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
