libatfs1 software package provides The Attributed File System (AtFS runtime libraries), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libatfs1
libatfs1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libatfs1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libatfs1 *
You will get with libatfs1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
