How to uninstall or remove libasan0-dbg-armel software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libasan0-dbg-armel package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libasan0-dbg-armel

Uninstall libasan0-dbg-armel including dependent package

If you would like to remove libasan0-dbg-armel and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libasan0-dbg-armel
Use Purging libasan0-dbg-armel

If you use with purge options to libasan0-dbg-armel package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libasan0-dbg-armel

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libasan0-dbg-armel
