libapr1-dbg software package provides Apache Portable Runtime Library - Debugging Symbols, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapr1-dbg
libapr1-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapr1-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapr1-dbg *
You will get with libapr1-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
