libapq-dbg software package provides Pluggable Ada 95 Binding to various database systems (debug), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapq-dbg
libapq-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapq-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapq-dbg *
You will get with libapq-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
