libapache2-svn software package provides Apache Subversion server modules for Apache httpd (dummy package), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache2-svn
libapache2-svn is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapache2-svn package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapache2-svn *
You will get with libapache2-svn package name, version, architecture and description in a table
