libanet0.3.1-dev software package provides Ada networking library (development), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libanet0.3.1-dev
libanet0.3.1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libanet0.3.1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libanet0.3.1-dev *
You will get with libanet0.3.1-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
