How to uninstall or remove libagrep-ocaml-20g09 software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libagrep-ocaml-20g09 package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libagrep-ocaml-20g09

Uninstall libagrep-ocaml-20g09 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libagrep-ocaml-20g09 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libagrep-ocaml-20g09

Use Purging libagrep-ocaml-20g09

If you use with purge options to libagrep-ocaml-20g09 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libagrep-ocaml-20g09

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libagrep-ocaml-20g09
