How to uninstall or remove lhs2tex software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed lhs2tex package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove lhs2tex

Uninstall lhs2tex including dependent package

If you would like to remove lhs2tex and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove lhs2tex
Use Purging lhs2tex

If you use with purge options to lhs2tex package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge lhs2tex

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove lhs2tex
