koffice-l10n-ca software package provides transitional dummy package for calligra-l10n-ca, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install koffice-l10n-ca
koffice-l10n-ca is installed in your system.
