kio-audiocd-dev software package provides development files for the audio CD KIO plugin, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kio-audiocd-dev
kio-audiocd-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kio-audiocd-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kio-audiocd-dev *
You will get with kio-audiocd-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
