kdelibs5-data software package provides core shared data for all KDE Applications, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kdelibs5-data
kdelibs5-data is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kdelibs5-data package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kdelibs5-data *
You will get with kdelibs5-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
