kde-l10n-nds software package provides Low Saxon (nds) localization files for KDE, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-l10n-nds
kde-l10n-nds is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-l10n-nds package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-l10n-nds *
You will get with kde-l10n-nds package name, version, architecture and description in a table
