How to uninstall or remove isomd5sum software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed isomd5sum package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove isomd5sum

Uninstall isomd5sum including dependent package

If you would like to remove isomd5sum and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove isomd5sum
Use Purging isomd5sum

If you use with purge options to isomd5sum package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge isomd5sum

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove isomd5sum
