iso-scan software package provides Scan hard drives for an installer ISO image, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install iso-scan
iso-scan is installed in your system.
Make ensure the iso-scan package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep iso-scan *
You will get with iso-scan package name, version, architecture and description in a table
