isc-dhcp-relay-dbg software package provides ISC DHCP server for automatic IP address assignment (relay debug), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install isc-dhcp-relay-dbg
isc-dhcp-relay-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the isc-dhcp-relay-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep isc-dhcp-relay-dbg *
You will get with isc-dhcp-relay-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
