ipadic software package provides 2.7.0+main-3, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ipadic
ipadic is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ipadic package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ipadic *
You will get with ipadic package name, version, architecture and description in a table
