intel-rng-tools software package provides virtual package provided by rng-tools, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install intel-rng-tools
intel-rng-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the intel-rng-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep intel-rng-tools*
You will get with intel-rng-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
