How to Install ident-server software package in Debian 8 (Jessie)

ident-server software package provides virtual package provided by bidentd, ident2, pidentd, oidentd, nullidentd, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install ident-server

ident-server is installed in your system.

Make ensure the ident-server package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ident-server*

You will get with ident-server package name, version, architecture and description in a table
