iceweasel-perspectives software package provides virtual package provided by xul-ext-perspectives, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install iceweasel-perspectives
iceweasel-perspectives is installed in your system.
Make ensure the iceweasel-perspectives package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep iceweasel-perspectives*
You will get with iceweasel-perspectives package name, version, architecture and description in a table
