ices2 software package provides Ogg Vorbis streaming source for Icecast 2, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ices2
ices2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ices2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ices2 *
You will get with ices2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
