iceowl-l10n-it software package provides Italian language package for iceowl-extension, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install iceowl-l10n-it
iceowl-l10n-it is installed in your system.
