i2c-modules software package provides virtual package provided by i2c-modules-3.16.0-4-4kc-malta-di, i2c-modules-3.16.0-4-586-di, i2c-modules-3.16.0-4-686-pae-di, i2c-modules-3.16.0-4-amd64-di, i2c-modules-3.16.0-4-sb1-bcm91250a-di, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install i2c-modules
i2c-modules is installed in your system.
