hugs98 software package provides virtual package provided by hugs, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hugs98
hugs98 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hugs98 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hugs98*
You will get with hugs98 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
